Refrigerator Repair
Technician was very knowledgeable and very patient. He went the extra mile to make sure our refrigerator was well taken care of and working properly. Technician was on time and communicated very well with us until the very end of repair. I would recommend this technician for efficient service.Thanks for your timely response to service our refrigerator. Very friendly and hard worker.

Maria was prompt, answered my questions, with a professional and pleasant manner. Sears itself has horrible customer "service". There is no option for getting assistance for scheduling or questions from a human even when the AI interfaces via text, online chat or website account fail to resolve problems Sears has created. Awful! That's what happens when you fire all your staff.

Received excellent service by Ryan at Sears Home Services. He truly cared about getting the job done right. Got right to work and was clean and organized in how he got the job done. I had to get to my daughters softball game and he did everything he could to complete the work and get me to her softball game on time. Really a stand up guy who cares.

Your technicians are good. The problem is your owner/manager. You seem to always cancel my first appointment for my appliances then have to reschedule. Why? We make arrangements to take off and towards the end of the day you cancel. Do you know how inconvenient it is. And it's happens numerous times. When I get frustrated I rarely talk to a customer service rep instead I get Samantha your Ai who sucks. I'm not sure if I want to renew my service with you. You have gone down hill.
