Roman salvaged your poor service
Roman was courteous and knowledgeable. However, your poor scheduling caused him to miss the first 4 hour window you gave me without notifying me. Very rude and time consuming for me.

Brian arrived and went right to work. He was totally focused on the job at hand (repairing my ice-maker). He was very respectful and ensured that his workspace was clean and orderly. He took care in handling my refrigerator. When Brian was done he cleaned up his workspace and showed/told me how to use my appliance and told me when the ice-maker would be fully operational. About 20 minutes after Brian left my home, I started hearing the ice cubes drop. YES!!! Thanks Brian you're so cool.
