Service Technician Review
I have been seeking resolution to my Samsung freezer section since February of this year. Cornelius has been the sole person to display a sincere interest in our resolution. He listened to my concerns, appeared very knowledgeable and always remained professional. I felt at ease whenever Cornelius was assigned to handle my issues.
