Great experience
Overall it was a great experience, my wash machine stopped working at 7:30 at night and there was a service tech there by 8:00am the next morning. He was able to fix the problem within the hour and everything is working well! Thanks so much!

Philip was great, he arrived and immediately inspected washing machine and determined that even though it reflected no errors on the machine, that his resetting of the electronics system it seems to have fixed the problem automatically. He did a great job for us, we thank him very much>
