Today's experience was fine because the tech showed up. Unfortunately, i've had Two No Shows!!!! And no one at Sears answered the call afterwards and nobody at Sears expedited my next appointment. As well as this is an ongoing issue that hasn't gotten resolved for the past 6-8 months…
