Hermon C is the best. However when we tried to relay a problem with the part delivery your AI system was impossible to work with. We were never given an opportunity to talk to a service representative ever thought we were dealing with an unusual problem and trying to help your company. This AI issue needs to be fixed.

Steve communicates well about his arrival time, explained the issue with my dishwasher , the technology that lead to this problem, and what the manufacturer did to resolve future problems with the design. The only problem I had was the difficulty in setting up the appointment, specifically, it was difficult understanding the customer service rep. and her continued persistence to sell me a warranty program, very frustrating!
