This is Davids 2nd visit. The first time he diagnosed the issue but the part had to be ordered. He exceeded my expectations on both visits. The window given to me for both services was 8 am to 5pm. Im accustomed to waiting all day from past experiences. The first visit i recieved a notification around 8 that the tech was on his way. David showed up about 10 minutes later. The 2nd visit i recieved a phone call letting me know that he expected to be visiting between 12 and 2. He showed up shortly after 12. He was professio , polite, clean and worked quickly both visits. I could not be happier with the service provided.
