He was prompt and super polite. Quickly diagnosed the issue and even though I declined the repair service, offered some suggestions as to contacting the manufacturer as well as tips if we were to attempt the repair ourselves (install new ice maker)

Emanuel was very nice and professional. He explained the issue and did what he could to solve the problem. I was shocked at the cost and would not have called Sears had I known what would be charged(even with the $150 rebate). I'm debating on whether to cancel the home warranty.
