Great Tech
Tech was great. The process of putting in the service request was not good at all. Really needed to talk to a human and no matter how I tried it wasn't possible. The five stars are for the Tech not the process

Tyrese is a pleasant and kind man His knowledge and expertise I pray has helped repair this crazy refrig after all of these weeks He couldn't figure out what I got cancelled 6 times however the fact that he came and knew what he was doing gave me a sigh of relief Praying there is no next time but if so I recommend Tyrese
