He was able to diagnose and repair quickly. The parts that we waited forever to arrive, none of them were what is needed to do the repair. Luckily he found the issue and had the part on his truck to fix it. I had 4 previous appointments cancelled with NO notice. Roosevelt was the ONLY one who ever took time to let me know he was on the way. Sears need more like him.

Who ever ordered our parts didn't do so well, 4 technicians later still had to order seals for my dishwasher when ordering the sub pump .. so 1 month later still no dishwasher....
