Brandon came same day which was great but charging over 400 dollars in labor for a 10 min job on a broken tube is beyond ridiculous. He didn't even have to charge me for parts the price was for just labor. We didn't have a choice in having someone come same day but that price for a simple fix seems extreme, and if we could wait in the future I would definitely shop around.

Mark was able to diagnose our issue and was glad that there was a park on his truck. Just sad that I had to have four appointments scheduled to have three of them canceled before anyone can come out and had to deal with without a dryer for almost a week.
