This issue was already repaired once before. However Brian shed a new light on why the issue happened again. Obviously his knowledge of these refrigerators is above and beyond. He was courteous and neat. Hopefully it's end of this issue.

Mr Ward was the technician assigned to investigate/repair my electric clothes dryer. The issue was that the dryer was not emitting enough hot air to dry my laundry. He conducted a diagnosis and was able to get the dryer to perform satisfactory. Mr Ward was very efficient, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He is a credit to your company.
