I am Senior and incontinent do washer and dryer are ultimate necessity. Could not believe I got scheduled for 1 day serviceservive, did not have to order part and return, very polite, took care of everything and cleaned up after themselves. Helped me get thru paperwork process to upgrade to Warranty Service. This will give me such a piece of mind, don't have to worry ..... Who do I call amore!! Cannot tank Sears enough and thoroughly pleased with Joseph and his partner. Please take good care of them.
