The tec was great the scheduling department sucks I had to reschedule 5 times for the frig and 3 times for the dryer because of you all. It wastes my time because you did not let me know that the technician wasn't coming until the end of the day. You do not crate a star. This makes me rethink if you are worth my time and money. I hope you get better before the year ends.
