Dryer Relay Issue
I am truly grateful to Timothy's genuine compassion and patience in listening to a customer like me and diagnosing the issue effectively. He was kind, professional, and quickly identified the root cause of my dryer problem—both the heating issue and the dryer not stopping after the set time—thanks to your 30+ years of expertise. I strongly recommend Sears Home Appliances Management recognize and reward Timothy for his exceptional service and provide him every opportunity for professional growth. I wish Timothy and his family continued health, happiness, and success. I continue using Sears Home Appliances because of dedicated professionals like Timothy, despite some disappointing past experiences including the AC technician never came in March for the HVAC tuneup and spent my own money to take care of it.
