Our dryer stopped heating and Daniel did a thoroughly test to make sure he was replacing the right part. 1 hour or so on-site and we now have a working dryer. We hope to get another 4-5 years out of it before we have to replace both.

Eric did a great job & very quickly. I do wish you guys would call & give more time for us to get there because we both work outside of the city limits & it's not easy for us to just drop what we are doing & get home. I also didn't like how long it took to get the parts & I couldn't get a hold of a person on your end to talk to. However, the repairman that got it fixed did a great job.
