Dennis was 5 Star. However, the Sears home services support staff and AI were totally ineffective in obtaining the correct parts needed to repair refrigerator. Sears repeatedly sent the wrong parts. The first service date was April 2 and last date June 18 when service was cancelled and a new refrigerator will be purchased from a different vendor than Sears.

Marlon showed up as scheduled and installed the new part without any issues. He performed several tests to ensure that both the water and ice dispensed OK. Before packing up his tools he made sure I was satisfied with everything. Marlon was very friendly and approached his work in a very professional manner, asset to your company.
