My experience with Travis was excellent. He called to advise that he would arrive at a specific time, and he arrived on time. A+A+A+A+A+ Professional, courteous, he accessed the problem, knew what was needed to fix the problem. Work was neat, left no mess, no need to clean up after him. Great experience. Sears need more employees like him. NOW! Trying to work with your "CUSTOMER NO SERVICE" was like a NIGHTMARE. Many hours on the phone, mostly on hold, dealing with very unprofessional folks, difficulty trying to understand-due to language barrier, several cancelled appts by Sears. A terrible experience, which will cause me too seriously consider cancelling my service agreement after many many years of utilizing Sears Home Warranty.
