Aamad was professional and explained why the freezer was not operating as it should. I have a newborn and he was considerate enough to inform me that the noise may wake my child. I stepped away as he worked diligently to fix the issues. He then fixed the freezer, double checked to ensure that it worked and cleaned his work area before he left. As an added bonus, he tightened up a screw on my door so that it would close easier!! Aamad S!! A+++++

Jeff was on-time, courteous and knowledgeable. Samsung ice maker (which is located in the refrigerator section and not the freezer) is inferior to other designs and keeps frosting up. Had to wait 2 months for the part to be shipped but Sears was right on it and knew the part had been delivered to my house. Rescheduled appointment seamlessly.
