Michael, your technician, was impeccable. His job today was to pick up the replacement parts that were ordered four months ago. The broken dishwasher was already hauled away and replaced with a new one I had to buy so we could stop washing dishes by hand. Since the initial diagnostic visit, we have had four appointments scheduled for finishing the repair job, and four times you cancelled with no reason, causing me to wake up early and then wait an entire day each time. I have called numerous times, having meaningless conversations with chat bots, A.I.s, and even real people in India or wherever...? who were ultimately non-helpful, making promises that were not fulfilled. It has been a very disappointing, frustrating experience to try to deal with a non-responsive company like yours, and we're done. Please cancel my service contract and stop taking automatic payments from my bank account.
