I am super glad for Christopher's help. Another company was going to charge 300 just for the callout when all that needed to happen was a reset. He saved me nearly 200 dollars.

Thank you Sears for being a part of American home shield. Initially I was having some complications with my washing machine and there was a lot of mix-up and confusion for the most part. Mr. Khalid on two different occasions corrected the situation and ultimately completed it. He was very professional, informative and pleasant.
