Apperantly there's a shortage of needed parts for the Samsung washer. They were found and Mr.Rick did the install today. He was very informative and explained how the parts functioned. It was an enjoyable experience.

Mark is an honest and excellent technician, told us exactly what was wrong with the dryer, recommended a new unit as repair would cost nearly as much as a new machine. The AI reservation system SUCKS. The head honcho that fired all the people between themselves and the techs needs fired. I want to talk to an actual person when scheduling an appointment, not a robot.
