Refrigerator repair
We received a text from your automated line stating that we need to reschedule our appointment for a week from today or later. We had unplugged our fridge and tossed everything in the freezer to get serviced today. My wife called the service number and as you know, it's just an automated line because you really don't care about the clients. We had Anthony's phone number from a service a week prior on our A/C unit. My wife called and Anthony switched our issue into his name and came out to fix the fridge. Not many people will go out of their way to help like this, so we are extremely pleased with him. I hope someone reading this understands customer service and can acknowledge his efforts to help someone in need when the company has no concerns towards doing the same thing. Automated answering is a big middle finger to those trying to get help.
