Gregory was very helpful. He knew right away what was causing my problem. He took Xtra time to explain the issues associated with my washer. I can't afford the repair right now, but will certainly request Gregory when I call again

Ernesto has worked on 3 of my appliances- my washer in which he advocated for your service agreement which I bought and microwave and fridge months later- he is absolutely the best service tech I have ever worked with and or had in my home!!!!

5 stars easily ! He is friendly,educated,professional and a patient as well as better than just good teacher. His helper ( I wish I knew his name) will be an asset to Sears for many years. When they left and we said our thank yous and goodbyes.....I was actually a bit sad that they won't be back. If these two men are indicative of the people Sears hires....." Ya done 👍 good".
