Highly appreciate Mr. Victor very presentable very nice pressed uniform representing Sears company very well! (not like prior service agent,sorry to say but Mr. Travis had very bad body hygiene and smelled really bad like cigarettes that stunk up my whole house!) Mr.Victor was very polite,knowledgeable, prompt and accurate. Appreciate his service!
