Miguel, was a very pleasant surprise. I delt with 2 other repair techs prior to having him come out. The were both quite rude and did absolutely nothing. The first one I canceled before he came because he didn't remember the appt. The second didn't discuss anything except after coming to the house twice, for maybe 5 minutes, said he didn't know what was wrong,then texted me saying to get a new refrigerator. Miguel actually took a couple parts off the fridge so he could actually inspect it and explained each step. Suggested possible future steps to take.
