The technician was awesome! On the other end communication was terrible from the time the order was sent. They had washer down instead of dryer but had the correct model number I never told anyone that it was my washer that was bad. It's almost impossible to get in touch with anyone The AI crap that y'all use is awful

Connor knew what he was doing. The previous tech said heating element was bad and charged me for new one. After checking connor said it wasn't bad and fixed sensor.
