Tadd diagnosed the problem quickly and ordered the required replacement assembly. Unfortunately the replacement assembly was on back order and we waited 6 weeks for the repair to be completed. This, however, was absolutely no fault of Tadds. He was very punctual, down to earth and friendly. Highly recommend this professional!
