Michael has always been the best refrigerator repairman in this area. His problem in the past is when he claimed he visited our home and we were not home and we had to reschedule several times. This time we only had to reschedule one time and he showed up on time to repair our refrigerator.

Richard was great no issues there. I will say I'm not surprised that you don't have a spot to rate Sears as a whole. As the experience with Sears is the absolute worst ever. I also find it funny that this screen provides a phone number when everything else to this point did not. The AI bots and customer service are a joke. To be clear, the technician was fantastic. Sears is absolutely garbage and I hope I never have to work with them again.
