This is Juan's 2nd time to install frig replacement parts.He quickly replaced the water pitcher. I mentioned that replacement ice maker was giving me a problem. He was able to tweak that too.

Bryan was sent to replace a part that someone else had ordered. We have stacking appliances in a tight area. Be went go hours truck and brought back a device which be assembled and allowed him to slide the dryer off of the washer so he could reach the area be needed in the washer. Be had another unexpected problem and dealt with it easily. Thank you, Bryan and Sears.
