I received regular email and text updates. Jim informed me of the issue after his assessment and provided a timeline for when my parts would arrive. He came back to complete the repair, was very professional and pleasant. The repair was successfully completed and the area was cleaned upon completion of service.

Ruben did a fabulous job and was very nice and pleasant. He accidentally left a couple of tools but I have no live way to let him know, I only hope he gets the message I was able to add to the repair (but the repair has also been completed so he may not look at it). I truly HATE stupid AI "attendants" that won't let you talk to a human who could text Ruben before he gets to his next job without his tools.
