we finally have a working washer (hopefully) it started having issues in April. We've had eight appointments and a box full of parts. The last two months it has not worked at all. Totally exasperated with Sears that it took this long. All of their techs are excellent, but the outcome of each appointment was never a working washing machine. Hopefully it is working now.
