We used our home warranty for an issue on our refrigerator! The process was streamline and linked us directly to Sears Repair Service immediately. Scott showed up the first time to assess the repair and parts needed. He ordered everything and it shipped directly to our home. He returned a few days later and completed the install within half an hour! He was super accommodating to my busy Mom schedule as well!
