Initial contact was the Sears worker who looked at the problem and ave a quote. FAR too much emphasis on Sears ongoing repair subscription. The estimate was MUCH more expensive than I expected, and actual repair was too much later, with complex FedX mailings, etc., over a se eral-dy period. The two workers were competent and efficient. Repair took about 45 minutes. The total cost was mUCH larger than I expected. Should I need any later household repairs, I'll search for independent repair persons. The dryer is working wwell, and we'll see about the endurance of the repair.

Cornelius had initially called me to inform me that he was on his way. When he arrived he installed the part for my appliance. I shared with him the previous service person, Emillio was outstanding. He did an excellent job, in fact, I told him the last year the service person refused to vacuum and unlock and remove the lint trap and clean the drainage pipe. To my knowledge that had not been done in the last 4 years. Cornelius agreed, he said as Emilio's mentor, he knew exactly what I was explaining, not only was he a nice person but yes, he did more than what was expected. (As his supervisor, it was cute to see Cornelius smile and chuckle to himself.) I shared that my husband and I have been with Sears master agreement protection plan for over 40 years.
