Excellent Service
Tom was really good. I got stuck at work and couldn't get there in time, luckily my neighbor was able to let him in. He diagnose the problem and had it fixed within an hour. The previous technician had order the incorrect part and he got the right part and even save us a few bucks. Will be using Sears again. I will say the technician before was excellent as well, just order the wrong part.

Looks like the part needed is not available. His suggestion is to let the fridge defrost for 36 hours and that should clear up the frozen drain
