My repair technician was fantastic! Very prompt, quick and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job repairing our dryer. I was amazed at how fast he did it. With that being said, I'm not sure I would ever bother with the extended warranty again. From the time our dryer broke and we put in the request, It was three weeks before we got it fixed. Seems really extreme to take that long for a broken door switch. also, I was sent notifications by text message to select one or two as an option for an earlier time in the week but no matter what button I pushed or what number I entered, it would not register or let me pick a sooner time.
