Our refrigerator has not worked right since July ,and it is late November. Sears at one time was a very good company. It's horrible, It sucks. I will never buy anything from Sears again ,or home service. There's no guarantee after he left, You wouldn't give me a new refrigerator like I asked you,just want me to release liability. from scale of one to five. I give you a -10.
