Mark Was very good, this is the 2nd tech we had but the 5th appt and if this was for the warranty service it would be different. He stayed long enough to actually test the machine on wash cycles and realized there was an issue with water draining and corrected that. IF the replacement part had a FLOW DIRESCTION on the hose it would have made the job much easier

Shanon has been out here working on our fridge several times in the past year trying to figure out the problem. He has been polite, punctual, educational and explains what's going on and he works diligently trying to fix the problem. I'm just glad he's the same one that comes out each time because at least that way we don't have to explain it over and over again to different people. very nice always smiling. If we ever need someone to come back out, I hope it'll be him, but I hope we never need him again. THANKS Shanon
