After seven no shows and cancelations from Scott and a truly botched job by Scott, Rod was a fantastic improvement. He was here less than two hours and fixed what Scott screwed up. He was very pleasant and shared everything he found wrong and how he fixed it. If we had gotten Rod first we wouldn't have had to wait FIVE months to get our refrigerator working again. Extra thanks and appreciation to Rod for such a fantastic job!
