Dennis explained that it was the gfi connection that had popped. He pressed the reset button and the power came back on.

Jonathan was great! He pretty much new the problem, checked washer out and it was exactly what he thought. He cleaned filter, double checked to make sure it was running right then made some very useful suggestions to hopefully avoid the problem again. Very impressed with him and his professionalism and kindness.

Travis was pleasant and efficient. The problem was with your AI appointment service. It took 8 different scheduled appointments to get this job done. AI kept arbitrarily changing out appointment day and time. Scheduled for May 11, changed to the 12. Tech came and ordered parts. Set appointment for the 15th. Parts came on 14th. AI changed appointment to the 21st because of parts delay?? Ok, we weren't leaving for vacation til 22nd. Then changed to 27th. AI then changed to June 4th, then to 6/2 then 6/3. Finally!!
