Good service even after finding second problem and having to undo the whole job when the customer decided to replace the broken appliance because it would have cost more for a complete repair than replacing the broken appliance.

I rescheduled an appointment for service at Noon, and Walton was there 3 hours later. He was able to install the part to fix my dryer in under 30 minutes. Everything was great and he was extremely personable.
