Terence - Refrigerator Repair
Terence was fantastic! He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He arrived right on time, fixed the problem quickly, and even gave me time to clean behind the fridge before he put it back. He answered all my questions, and even talked to my husband on speaker phone to answer his. He also gave us good advice on how to make the repair last as long as possible. He also made sure that we were aware of our warranty options. If we need any repairs in the future, we would love to have Terence be the one to come back out! Thank you so much for your great help!!

David is a true professional and very knowledgeable. He did an excellent job. However, your scheduling app is not good. Three times I was scheduled for repairs and three times you guys did not meet your committed time. No way to speak with a human being to get info. 5 stars for David, 0 stars for the scheduling app.
