Very fast! When a part needed ordered, it arrived a couple days later. Mike was very efficient and knew what he was doing! They were able to get me scheduled very fast!

I received great service and the warranty plan saved me a lot of money. I wish the app gave you a better time range for service though. I like that they tell you they are on their way but expecting people to block out the whole day, from 7am to 4pm, is a bit much

Love Enrique! Your interactive online system is the worst I've experienced. You have no call center to speak of. If your technician was not so professional I would drop you in a heartbeat. Cannot stand your support system....it kept telling me yo choose another service day due yo art back order then your system would select the same date they told me yo change....sad
