Overall, Mike did a good job and trying to help us. Unfortunately, I felt like we were not given all the answers prior to, and the ice machine was still not fixed. I don't know if it's something on the Warranty end or if it's something to do with the company providing the Warranty service. But our ice machine is still not working properly. Mark did a good job in answering our other questions regarding our refrigerator.
