Justin replaced the water/ice dispenser on our Samsung refrigerator with an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part. He DUTIFULLY successfully tested the module for leaks before leaving....HOWEVER the following day the new dispenser module was leaking as bad or worse than the original. I am assuming the OEM has a problem with their part. I have sense notified American Home Shield who is generating a new work request with you. Thanks for your help!!!

I appreciate that Clifford came out even as late as it was to get my washer repaired today rather than rescheduling again. He was professional & polite, and got the new part in as quickly as possible, keeping the area clean.
