The service provider was great and very responsive when they got to the house. The problem I have is with the scheduling. My first appointment was for Monday 1-5. I got a msg at 4 that I had changed my appointment to Wednesday 1-5. I didn't request a chance. In fact not having a working refrigerator for 2 more days wouldn't work. So I had to figure out how to reschedule with a real person.
