Jestavian came by the house twice. The first time to check to make sure the correct part is being ordered. I received the part a couple of days before his second visit. He was very friendly and installed the part and everything seems to work fine now.

Norman was very consuderate and professional. Though he couldnt resolve my Repair issue rue to parts availabilty he initiated a repair call to domestic and general regarding the issue. He assured me something will be done just need to wait for call from contract provider. This time my experience was great. Thank you Norman.
