Although we could not get it to reproduce the issue while he was onsite, he tried everything to get it to happen and was very apologetic that he had to bill us for the visit which was not a problem as it certainly wasn't for lack of trying!

Dave was a great repair man. He was responsible and made sure the service address was correct as your AI had it wrong and I could not correct it. Dave came on the initial service assessment appointment and again when I received the part needed to repair my Samsung refrigerator. I would request Dave if I ever required service again.
