Proper service
Tyler diagnosed the problem with my dryer correctly and once the part arrived came back and had it installed in minutes. He was able to show me what failed on the original part and explained what he found. I was up and running within a half hour. Thank you for a great job.

Dan was our last technician and discovered the extra part shipped later was a thermal switch (or fuse, I can't recall now) for a different dryer and not ours. He said we will get a refund after he turns it in which was very honest of him!

Justin has been GREAT...However, despite his best efforts and replacing virtually every part linking our water/ice dispenser in our Samsung refrigerator that sucker still leaks. Please help...I will also contact American Home Shield regarding this appliance...Thanks
