Eddie arrived on time and was able to make all repairs. Very professional and was able to have the repairs done in a very timely fashion.

Andrew was very friendly & thorough. Even though a diagnosis wasn't found he did give advice on a few things we can do to remedy the issue and if error codes still persist to video the codes as they happen and call warranty company back.

Kurtis was careful, PATIENT, knowledgeable, well-versed in his work. He worked efficiently and effectively. He came here at 7 pm, replaced a heating element and a safety thermostat . It's nice to have people like Kurtis who know what they've doing and do it exceptionally well. AND he came in 10 degree weather. Thank you for taking care of us.

Sears has qualified technicians who know what they're doing. Just a simple explanation was all it took. I would recommend Sears over Samsung anyway.
